Pancasila Values in Education

Abstract

ABSTRACT The achievement of Pancasila Education learning outcomes at the elementary school level is often constrained by the sub-optimal management of students' internal psychological conditions. This study examines the correlation between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with academic achievement in Pancasila Education among fourth-grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 071022 Simpang Lima Lasara. Employing a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from the entire population of 25 students using a total sampling technique. Data collection combined a modified Likert-scale questionnaire to measure emotional intelligence and self-efficacy alongside documentary studies of students' summative assessment scores in Pancasila Education. Statistical data processing via SPSS software encompassed test of analytical prerequisites as well as Pearson correlation and multiple correlation analyses. The research findings confirm that emotional intelligence (r = 0.619; p = 0.001) and self-efficacy (r = 0.522; p = 0.007) partially have a positive and significant correlation with Pancasila Education learning outcomes. Simultaneously, both psychological variables demonstrate a strong correlation (R = 0.646; p = 0.001) with a coefficient of determination (R-Square) contributing 41.7% to the variation in student learning achievements. These findings underscore that reinforcing affective aspects and self-confidence serves as a crucial prerequisite in reconstructing effective Pancasila Education instructional strategies in elementary schools.

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

Requirements Don’t Live in Isolation: What We’re Exploring with Req-Space

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…
