Abstract
The optimal sequencing of programmed cell death protein 1 (PD‐1) inhibitors relative to locoregional therapy (LRT) in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma (uHCC) remains undefined. This study evaluated the impact of PD‐1 inhibitor timing on outcomes in patients receiving hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) or transarterial chemoembolisation (TACE) plus lenvatinib and PD‐1 inhibitors.
The FDA Oncologic Drugs Advisory Committee (ODAC) highlighted that the risk–benefit profile for patients with low PD‐L1 expression remains unclear in front‐line treatment of HER2‐negative gastric and gastroesophageal junction (GC/GEJ) cancer with PD‐(L)1 therapy. The first PD‐1/CTLA‐4 bispecific antibody (BsAb), cadoni...

In a patient with advanced ovarian cancer showing limited response to paclitaxel–carboplatin, adding sintilimab was associated with R0 cytoreduction and sustained disease‐free status during olaparib–bevacizumab maintenance. This case provides a rationale for further investigation of PD‐1 blockade as neoadjuvant therapy...

Although immunotherapy combined with platinum‐based chemotherapy is now the standard first‐line treatment for extensive‐stage small cell lung cancer (ES‐SCLC), the benefit of continuing immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) after disease progression (PD) remains uncertain. This real‐world study assessed the efficacy and...

Patients with chemotherapy‐ and androgen receptor pathway inhibitor (ARPI)‐naïve metastatic castration‐resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) have generally shown worse overall survival (OS) with abiraterone versus enzalutamide in claims database studies. Given limitations of claims data, analysis using detailed electronic...

For carefully selected patients with unresectable advanced gastric cancer, immunochemotherapy combining PD‐1 inhibitor with albumin‐bound paclitaxel and S‐1/oxaliplatin may achieve deep remission and enable successful R0 resection. Our findings suggest that this multimodal conversion approach could be considered in sel...
