In this work, we extend our previous diabatic framework for the charmonium-like spectrum below $4.3$ GeV by introducing the complex scaling method. Unlike the previous framework, the present approach explicitly incorporates couplings to the meson-meson continuum, comprehensively accounting for its contributions to the physical states. Consequently, it allows bound and resonant states to be treated on an equal footing, enabling the direct extraction of decay widths from complex energy eigenvalues without introducing any additional free parameters. Using the obtained solutions, we calculate the channel weights and complex root-mean-square radii ($r_{\scriptscriptstyle{RMS}}$ ) to elucidate their internal structures. Specifically, we find that the $\chi_{c1}(3872)$, $\psi(4040)$, and $\psi(4230)$ states exhibit significant molecular characteristics. Furthermore, we propose the $X(3940)$ as a candidate for a $J^{PC}=1^{++}$ state and discuss the nature of the $\chi_{c0}(2P)$ resonance in detail.
We study the spin-$1/2\to1/2$ semileptonic decays of singly charmed baryons ($\Lambda_c^+$, $\Xi_c^{0,+}$, and $\Omega_c^0$) into the light baryon octet within a relativistic three-quark model. The constituent quark masses and spatial wave functions are determined by the baryon mass spectrum. For the physical $\Xi_c$ s...

We investigate the production of the doubly charmed molecular state $T_{cc}^+$ within the coalescence model. The formation probability is evaluated with the Wigner distribution function. In contrast to previous studies, which usually adopt a Gaussian wave function, we obtain the molecular wave function by numerically s...
The strange quark and antiquark contents of the proton remain weakly constrained compared to the other light quarks, particularly the asymmetry between the two. Production of a $W^\mp$ boson in association with a charmed meson $D^{(*)\pm}$ could provide additional constraints in future fits of parton distribution funct...

We decode the excited open charm mesons $D$ ($c\bar{q}$, $q=u,d$) and charm strange $D_s$ ($c\bar{s}$) families within a nonrelativistic quark-antiquark potential model based on the Cornell (Coulomb plus linear) potential supplemented by a Gaussian smeared spin-spin interaction. With only seven parameters determined by...

In this work, we study spectral functions of heavy and exotic mesons in a self-consistent Einstein-Maxwell-dilaton model at finite temperature and chemical potential, where the dilaton is allowed to back-react on the geometry. A non-quadratic dilaton profile is introduced to reproduce the nonlinear Regge trajectories o...

We carry out a unified study of the low-lying $1S$-wave compact states and hadronic molecules composed of hidden charm pentaquarks $qqqc\bar{c}$ ($q=u,d$) within a semirelativistic potential quark model. Apart from the linear confinement and one-gluon exchange potential between quarks and/or antiquarks, one-boson excha...
