Abstract

Abstract Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming various sectors globally, including education. In education, AI has the potential to significantly enhance educational leadership by improving decision-making, streamlining administrative tasks, and personalizing student learning experiences. However, integrating AI into education systems also raises risks related to bias, privacy, transparency, and accountability. Educational leaders bear the responsibility of managing these risks and ensuring that AI is used ethically and responsibly. This paper explores the risks and responsibilities associated with implementing AI in educational leadership. This study aimed to explore the use of AI in educational leadership. It proposed a framework for understanding and developing AI-led leadership in education. The conceptual framework is based on theories of AI, leadership, and educational decision-making, and consists of four parts: inputs, processes, outputs, and feedback. The impact of this conceptual framework on educational practices and policies was examined, and the relationship between the framework and its effects on educational practices and policies was discussed. The study highlighted the framework's limitations and suggested potential areas for future research. This study contributes to the existing literature on enhancing learning through technology.
