PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSET, NET PROFIT MARGIN, DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR TEKSTIL DAN GARMEN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2020-2024

Abstract

This study aims to assess the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices, both individually (partially) and collectively (simultaneously), in textile and garment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020–2024 period. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing purposive sampling as the method for sample selection. Out of 21 companies that constitute the population, 8 companies were selected based on specific criteria. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings reveal that, on a partial basis, ROA has a significant impact on stock prices, while NPM and DER do not show a significant influence. However, when tested simultaneously, the three independent variables jointly have a significant effect on stock prices.
