Abstract

In view of the problem of load cutting in the planning of the existing micro-grid cooling, thermal and power combined system, a planning scheme considering complete reliability was proposed. First of all, based on the microgrid island operation as the basic structure, a cold, heat and power supply system model including wind power generation and photovoltaic cells, gas internal combustion engine, gas turbine, gas boiler, lithium bromide absorption refrigeration unit, heat pump, heat storage tank, cold storage tank and other units is constructed. Secondly, on this basis, establish a system planning model that takes both economy and reliability into account, aiming at the minimum annual total cost of the system, and considering the complete redundancy design without load cutting, introduce the constraint conditions after failure, call CPLEX solver, and complete the optimal configuration of equipment capacity and number. Finally, the multi-constraint model of the optimized planning is verified by a numerical example. The results show that the optimized configuration scheme can effectively ensure the normal energy supply of the system, and improve the reliability of power supply, heating and cooling of the combined cooling system.
