Abstract
This study examined the impact of digital supply chain integration on sustainable logistics performance and investigated the mediating role of organizational resilience. The study was significant because sustainable logistics increasingly requires organizations to integrate digital technologies with resilient organizational capabilities to improve operational efficiency, adaptability, and long-term sustainability. A quantitative research design was adopted, and data were collected through a structured, adopted questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The study was conducted among supply-chain and logistics professionals in Pakistan and a sample of 297 respondents was selected through purposive sampling. The findings showed that digital supply chain integration was positively associated with sustainable logistics performance and organizational resilience, while organizational resilience also demonstrated a positive relationship with sustainable logistics performance. The findings further indicated that organizational resilience partially mediated the relationship between digital supply chain integration and sustainable logistics performance, demonstrating that digital integration contributes to sustainable logistics both directly and through enhanced organizational resilience. These findings are consistent with previous research emphasizing the importance of digital integration, information sharing, supply-chain capabilities, and resilience in achieving sustainable performance. Hence, the study concludes that combining digital supply chain integration with organizational resilience can provide an effective pathway for improving sustainable logistics performance in organizations operating in emerging economies.
