The Influence of Risk-Taking Courage, Self-Efficacy and Creativity on Entrepreneurial Interests in Vocational High School Students in Takalar District

Oct 2026 · IJORER : International Journal of Recent Educational Research · 0 citations · 9 references

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the influence of risk-taking courage, self-efficacy, and creativity on entrepreneurial interest among agricultural vocational school students in Takalar District. Although students possess adequate technical competencies, their entrepreneurial interest remains low, indicating the need to strengthen core entrepreneurial attributes. Method: A quantitative ex post facto design was employed. The sample was selected using proportional random sampling, and data were collected through valid and reliable questionnaires. Analysis was conducted using R-Language for assumption testing, simple regression, and multiple regression to ensure analytical precision and reproducibility. Results:  The findings show that risk-taking courage, self-efficacy, and creativity each have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, contributing 30%, 30.7%, and 32% respectively. Simultaneously, the three variables explain 47.7% of the variance in entrepreneurial interest. These results confirm the importance of psychological and creative attributes in strengthening students’ readiness for entrepreneurship. Novelty: This study emphasizes the role of entrepreneurial attributes in vocational education and demonstrates the use of R-Language for more rigorous diagnostic testing and reproducible regression analysis compared to conventional statistical software.

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

Requirements Don’t Live in Isolation: What We’re Exploring with Req-Space

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…

Beyond Prompt Engineering: The Role of Tacit Knowledge in Software Engineering

AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering.
