Working Capital and Financial Performance
Abstract
Profitability is an aspect that measures a company's ability to generate profits through the effective utilization of all its resources. Various challenges arising from global economic developments, which have affected business activities, including those of technology sector companies, form the basis for the urgency of this research. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of liquidity, working capital turnover, inventory turnover, and fixed asset turnover on profitability. This study employed a quantitative research method using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, resulting in 24 companies with 96 observations. After the outlier process, the final sample consisted of 76 observations. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics software, preceded by descriptive statistical analysis and classical assumption tests. The results indicate that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on profitability, while working capital turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, inventory turnover and fixed asset turnover do not have a significant effect on profitability.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…
AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering.
