Abstract

Deep learning's emergence has radically changed the world of artificial intelligence, making tremendous achievements in areas like natural language processing, computer vision, and software engineering possible. Based on the acknowledged advancements, this research introduces a hybrid deep learning architecture that combines contextual attention modeling and long-term memory retention and makes it possible to ensure both immediate contextual sensitivity and acquire long-term knowledge retention. To substantiate the theoretical foundation of the research, mathematical definitions of attention dynamics, memory update mechanisms, and convergence properties of attention-based deep neural networks are provided. The performance evaluation carried out has demonstrated that the proposed architecture is measured using suitable benchmark datasets and shown in comparison with such well-known reference models as CNN, LSTM, and Transformer. Performance metrics have been found to include the evaluation of various facets of performance like accuracy, precision, recall, F-measure, convergence rate, and generalization capability. The theoretical analysis also defines the three key properties of the proposed framework: stability, convergence, and robustness, which guarantee the reliability of the learning process in different operating conditions. The results of extensive experiments and their statistical analysis prove the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed approach. In general, the study develops a deep learning framework that is scalable, interpretable, and efficient from a computational point of view, which connects data-driven learning with reasoning.
