Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the urgent issue of advanced training of future teachers in the system of continuous pedagogical education. The purpose of the study was to identify the pedagogical potential of implementing the ideas of advanced training in pre-professional pedagogical education of schoolchildren. The theoretical basis of the research was the provisions of Russian pedagogy concerning the principles of advanced education (L. S. Vygotsky, K. D. Ushinsky, B. M. Bim-Bad), modern approaches to digitalization and innovative technologies in teaching (O. P. Osipova), as well as the concept of professional identity of a modern Russian teacher (I. B. Baykhanov). The results obtained demonstrate the effectiveness of advanced training based on the creation of a specialized learning environment and the introduction of professional tests that ensure early identification of professional inclinations and interests of schoolchildren, form the foundations of pedagogical competencies and develop personal qualities necessary for a future specialist. The academic novelty and theoretical significance of the research lies in the substantiation of the special role of pre-professional pedagogical training in the formation of professional identity and ensuring the success of subsequent professional education. The proposed model integrates the efforts of school and university structures, creating conditions for an informed professional choice and smooth adaptation of school graduates to study at a pedagogical university. The practical significance of the research is determined by the possibility of widespread implementation of the proposed approaches in educational organizations, ensuring the integrity and consistency of the training process for future teachers. The experience of the Chechen State Pedagogical University confirms the prospects of the proposed approach, demonstrating an increase in the number of motivated applicants and improved adaptation of first-year students due to their active participation in advanced training programs.
