Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Dan Distribusi Telur Ayam Berbasis Web Pada Usaha Ayam Petelur “Ino”
Abstract
Ino Poultry Farm is a business engaged in the production and distribution of chicken eggs. The management of orders, stock, payments, and distribution is still carried out manually using books and communication through WhatsApp. This condition causes errors in recording order quantities, delays in obtaining stock availability information, difficulties in preparing reports, poorly documented customer data, and less controlled distribution and delivery status monitoring. This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Chicken Egg Ordering and Distribution Information System at Ino Poultry Farm to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of the chicken egg ordering and distribution management processes. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques consisting of observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development uses the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), while the implementation uses PHP and MySQL. Requirements analysis is conducted based on the results of observations and interviews, while system testing uses Black Box Testing to test system functions based on the input and output produced. The result of this research is a web-based chicken egg ordering and distribution information system that can manage product, customer, ordering, payment, stock, distribution, and reporting data in an integrated manner. The testing results show that the tested system functions operate according to the requirements, helping reduce recording errors, accelerate data processing, and facilitate the ordering and distribution of chicken eggs..
