Abstract
This research aims to design and develop a QR Code-based attendance information system for lecturers and students in the Information Systems Study Program at Universitas PGRI Silampari using PHP and MySQL. The system was developed to overcome problems associated with the existing manual attendance process, including recording errors, delays in data processing, and the potential for attendance data manipulation. The system was developed using the Prototype development method, which consists of requirements analysis, prototype design, evaluation, refinement, implementation, and system testing. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operated according to user requirements. The test results indicated that all system features, including user login, lecturer and student data management, QR Code generation, attendance recording, and attendance report generation, functioned successfully with a 100% success rate. Therefore, the developed system is considered valid and capable of improving the efficiency and accuracy of attendance management, simplifying attendance monitoring, and supporting faster, more accurate, and well-structured report generation.
The results of this study indicate that the Android-based digital library system with QR Code technology improves the speed and accuracy of book borrowing and returning processes through automatic data identification and facilitates the management of book, member, and transaction data.

The management of attendance and teacher payroll at TPQ Baitul Makmur Cumpleng was previously still carried out manually, causing the process of recording attendance, calculating salaries, and preparing reports to take a relatively long time and potentially cause recording and calculation errors. This research aims to implement barcode technology in a web-based teacher attendance and payroll system to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of administrative data management. The system development method used is the Waterfall method which includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter 4 Framework, PHP programming language, MySQL database, and barcode technology as a medium for teacher identification in the attendance process. Attendance data obtained through barcode scanning is automatically stored in the database and used as the basis for calculating salaries, allowances, and deductions in an integrated manner. System testing is carried out through the measurement of the level of process speed by comparing the completion time of administrative activities before and after using the system. The test results show that the system is able to speed up the attendance process, data processing, payroll calculation, and report creation compared to manual methods. In addition, the system is able to reduce recording errors, improve data accuracy, and produce more structured and accessible attendance and payroll information. Thus, the implementation of barcodes in the web-based attendance and payroll system is able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative management at TPQ Baitul Makmur Cumpleng.

This study aimed to design and develop a website-based *Desa Bersinar* Information System and to evaluate its functionality and usability. The research employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, comprising requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover phases. Data were gathered through observation, interviews, and literature reviews. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database. Functionality was tested using Black Box Testing, while usability was assessed via a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to 10 respondents. Test results indicated that all tested features—including login, reporting, village data, articles, and the gallery—functioned according to the established scenarios. Usability testing yielded a score of 341 out of a maximum of 500 (68.2%), placing it in the "good" category. These results demonstrate that the system is user-friendly and capable of supporting the dissemination of P4GN (Drug Abuse Prevention, Eradication, and Handling) information, as well as the centralized management of data, documentation, and community reports. Consequently, the developed information system can serve as a tool to support the digitalization of *Desa Bersinar* Program management at BNN Trenggalek Regency

Public services and information management in Bogoran Village, Kampak District, Trenggalek Regency, currently face obstacles due to reliance on conventional systems, including manual administrative processes and physical notice boards. This study aims to design and build a Public Service and Citizen Information Website in Bogoran Village using the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which includes four stages: Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. The system was developed using the Laravel framework (PHP), MySQL database, and CSS for a responsive interface. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 5 respondents. Black Box Testing results showed that all main features functioned as expected. UAT evaluation yielded an average feasibility percentage of 94.29%, categorized as very good. The system provides village information services, news publication, activity gallery, citizen complaint features, and WhatsApp notification integration, effectively improving public service effectiveness and information transparency in Bogoran Village.
The test results showed that PinjAR has good quality standards and can be used as a library service solution at SMAN 2 Tilatang Kamang, and validation results obtained an Aiken's V value of 0.97, which shows that PinjAR has good quality standards.
