NATURAL LANGUAGE TO SQL QUERY GENERATOR

The Natural Language to SQL Query Generator is an intelligent system designed to allow users to retrieve information from databases by asking questions in simple natural language. Traditionally, users need knowledge of SQL syntax to interact with relational databases. This creates difficulties for non-technical users w...

Large language models for automating database operations in relational databases

Controlling database systems using traditional interfaces requires a strong understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) and the database administration tools employed. This study introduces a new AI-based system that automates create, read, update, and delete database actions through natural language processing, s...

SQL Optimization in e-Commerce Platforms Using Large Language Models: A Multi-Pattern Query Empirical Study

Results demonstrate that implementing the LLM's recommended query, indexing, and schema-level changes yielded performance improvements ranging from 43% to 94% across test cases, whereby temporal aggregations yield 89% average improvement while multi-dimensional grouping nets 86% improvement on the whole system.

SABRE: A Text-to-Database Search Architecture for Relational Databases

Relational database queries depend on SQL and prior knowledge of the schema. This work proposes SABRE, a plain-text search architecture for relational databases based on the vectorization of tuples and queries and on retrieval by semantic similarity. The evaluation used a pilot study for selecting the embedding model a...

Design of an Automated SQL Injection Detection Tool for Web Applications

World Wide Web (Web) applications have become an important interface for network services. However, the direct connection among user input, business logic, and database operations has also increased security risks. SQL injection vulnerabilities remain an important issue affecting Web application security. To address th...
