Abstract
Objective: The objective of this study was to conduct a bibliometric analysis of research on grief interventions that was published between 2016 and 2025. Utilizing CiteSpace and VOSviewer software, the study examined the scientific collaboration networks, knowledge structures, and their evolutionary trends within this field.
Methods: The literature data were obtained from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). Two datasets were constructed: a broad dataset (Query A, 1,833 articles) and a core dataset (Query B, 241 articles). These datasets were constructed using complementary search strategies. This study employed the CiteSpace and VOSviewer software to conduct systematic analyses across a range of dimensions, including authors, countries/regions, institutions, journals, co-cited references, and keywords.
Results: The analysis of publication output indicated a consistent increase throughout the observation period, with the broad dataset (Query A) reaching a peak of 294 papers in 2025. Within the core dataset (Query B), Kersting, Anette, emerged as the most prolific author, with eight publications. At the national level, the USA demonstrated the highest publication volume in both datasets and the highest betweenness centrality in Query A (0.21); in Query B, Switzerland exhibited the highest centrality (0.29). Preliminary institutional analysis identified two institutions as the primary contributors: University of London (Query A) and Leipzig University (Query B). A thorough analysis of the journal's content suggested that Omega - Journal of Death and Dying and Death Studies function as pivotal sources of knowledge within the field. The application of co-citation analysis yielded the identification of core knowledge foundations, including prolonged grief disorder and digital health interventions. A subsequent analysis of keywords identified numerous research clusters centered on themes such as prolonged grief, perinatal loss, and bereavement due to suicide, indicating a shift in focus from disease-oriented approaches toward a more expansive humanistic care model.
Conclusion: This study demonstrates that grief intervention research has developed a relatively systematic knowledge framework, characterized by extensive international collaboration and diverse, continuously evolving research priorities. Future research should further investigate specific intervention mechanisms and strengthen interdisciplinary, multi-contextual studies. Consequently, content-level systematic reviews will be necessary to translate bibliometric findings into clinical guidance.
Aims: This study aims to explore the current research status, hotspots, and emerging trends of reablement and provide references for further research in this field. Methods: English-language literature related to reablement was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database, covering the period from January 1, 1999 to October 20, 2025. The software CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to conduct visual bibliometric analyses of eligible publications, including annual publication output, countries, authors, institutions, cited references, and keywords. Results: A total of 276 publications were included. Overall, the number of publications showed an increasing trend over time. The United States contributed the largest number of publications, followed by Australia and Norway, and Resnick was the most productive author. The top five keywords by frequency were “older adults”, “reablement”, “intervention”, “people”, and “physical activity”. Intervention studies and qualitative studies were the main research types, with application-focused research hotspots primarily concentrated on improving physical activity among service recipients. Conclusions: Research on reablement has attracted increasing attention. Future studies should focus on conducting high-quality empirical research to identify optimal intervention strategies, as well as sensitive assessment tools and outcome indicators. In addition, researchers are encouraged to draw on existing experiences to actively promote home-based reablement services and explore the development of reablement models tailored to national contexts.

Digital transformation has significantly reshaped modern society, with important implications for mental health. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the evolution, main contributors, and thematic development of research on digital transformation and its psychological effects. A bibliometric analysis was conducted on studies indexed in the Web of Science Core Collection, Scopus, and PubMed databases, covering the period January 1, 2014 to June 20, 2024. A total of 2287 publications were initially identified, of which 1606 were included in the analysis. The study employed the Biblioshiny application within the Bibliometrix package in RStudio. The bibliometric approach included performance analysis (scientific production, author affiliations, most cited journals, and collaboration networks) and thematic analysis (keyword frequency, research trends over time, co-occurrence networks, longitudinal thematic evolution, and thematic maps). The analysis highlights a substantial increase in research output over the studied period and identifies key contributors and geographical patterns in the field. It reveals important gaps in the literature, particularly regarding the relationship between emerging digitalization components (e.g., remote work, Internet of Things (IoT), virtual reality, blockchain) and mental health. In addition, the findings indicate the rapid emergence of new research directions driven by technological advances, especially in the area of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital environments. This study provides a baseline overview of the field prior to the accelerated expansion of AI-driven research observed after mid-2024. The findings have important implications for mental health research prioritization, clinical awareness, and the development of evidence-based interventions addressing the psychological impact of emerging digital technologies.
This study aims to map the intellectual and conceptual landscape of the B Corp movement within the scientific literature through a quantitative bibliometric analysis. Utilising the Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection database, the research analyses 108 peer-reviewed articles published between 2007 and 2025. Data visualisation and network analysis, including co-authorship and keyword co-occurrence, were performed using the VOSviewer software. The results show that the number of publications has been growing exponentially since 2011, and the majority of the articles are in the business and management field. A total of 282 keywords were evaluated, and “B Corp” (total link strength: 315) and “Corporate Social Responsibility” (total link strength: 92) were identified as central conceptual pillars. The most cited influential work is by Julie Battilana and Alnoor Ebrahim, with 728 citations. Geographic concentration is still strong in the USA and Europe, but research on emerging economies, such as Türkiye, where there are presently 15 certified B Corps, is critically lacking. The results show a conceptual move from general corporate responsibility to specific issues of 'social impact' and 'employee ownership'. The paper concludes with a research agenda for future research that can help bridge the gap between global norms and local institutional contexts, particularly for researchers in Türkiye.

This study analyses the development, conceptual foundations, and emerging directions of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) research, with particular emphasis on its contribution to business sustainability and financial performance. It aims to map the dominant research themes in the ESG literature, examine the contributions of prominent authors, institutions, journals, and countries, and identify promising avenues for future research. The study adopts a quantitative bibliometric approach based on secondary data drawn from the Scopus database. A structured screening procedure was applied to peer reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, and review papers published in English between 2015 and 2025 that explicitly addressed ESG concepts, yielding a final sample of 2,878 publications from 607 journals. Bibliometric indicators, including authorship patterns, citation structures, institutional and country contributions, journal sources, and keyword co occurrences, were examined using VOSviewer and R Studio (Biblioshiny). The findings indicate significant expansion and diversification of ESG research over the study period, organised around six core thematic clusters: sustainable development, business values, corporate social responsibility, ESG disclosure, ESG investment, and corporate strategy. The study identifies the most influential contributors and sources shaping ESG scholarship and points to growing research opportunities in the strategic and financial integration of ESG factors.

Background: Bullying among adolescents is a global public health concern with significant mental health and educational consequences. In recent years, research output in this field has increased substantially, warranting a systematic mapping of global scholarly trends.
Objective: This study aimed to analyze global research trends, productivity patterns, collaboration networks, and thematic focus areas in adolescent bullying research published between 2020 and 2025.
Methods: A bibliometric analysis was conducted using data retrieved from the Scopus database. Publications published in English between 2020 and 2025 were included. Bibliometric indicators related to publication growth, author productivity, institutional and country contributions, citation impact, co-authorship networks, and keyword co-occurrence were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and VOSviewer.
Results: The analysis revealed a steady increase in publications, with a peak in 2023. The United States, United Kingdom, and China were the most productive countries. Research output was concentrated in high-income countries and leading academic institutions. Keyword co-occurrence analysis identified three major thematic clusters: school-based contexts and prevention strategies, victimization including cyberbullying, and mental health outcomes.
Conclusion: Research on adolescent bullying has expanded considerably in recent years; however, significant geographical disparities persist. Greater international collaboration and increased contributions from underrepresented regions are needed to develop culturally responsive bullying prevention strategies.

The school social work profession is multifaceted and has extensive experience with systematic interventions. School social workers utilize multiple methods to identify problems and provide evidence-based intervention solutions. There is a belief that school social work is an accepted profession worldwide. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the progression of school social work research through a bibliometric study. Examining the annual development of publications, the highest affiliations, and the most cited authors and journals in this research dataset. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database and analyzed using VOSviewer (Visualization of Similarities) and RStudio software to create visual representations of the analysis results. This study included only 1,149 published articles out of 3,995, which were published between 2000 and 2024. Results indicate that the school social work field has a variety of properties that reflect roles and responsibilities, as visualized through dense working areas and expected areas in the figures of “trends of topic” and “co-occurrence of keywords.” The analysis enhances the review’s quality by guiding researchers to the most pertinent documents and delineating publication areas.
