Clinical management strategies for HPV associated warts are studied, including primary destructive treatment, immunotherapies, and novel adjunctive therapies with clinical evidence including photodynamic therapy, intralesional chemotherapeutics, and emerging HPV vaccination strategies.
In conclusion, incorporating genomics, transcriptomics, immunotherapy, and artificial intelligence will enable more personalized and effective interventions, ultimately reducing the global burden of cervical cancer.

Human papillomaviruses of the beta genus (beta-HPV) are ubiquitous components of the cutaneous virome, persistently colonizing the skin of immunocompetent individuals from early infancy. Unlike their alpha counterparts, which drive mucosal carcinogenesis through viral integration and sustained oncoprotein expression, b...

Background: Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is the primary etiology of cervical cancer and its immediate precursors, collectively known as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN). Although primary prevention via prophylactic vaccination and secondary screening have significantly reduced incidence, cervical cancer...

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the principal etiological factor in the majority of cervical, oropharyngeal, anal, and vulvar cancers. Persistent infection with high-risk HPV types promotes immune evasion, malignant transformation, and tumor progression. Currently licensed prophylactic HPV vaccines, based on L1 virus-lik...

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a major factor in the etiology of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical cancer, which ranks fourth worldwide in prevalence among cancers in women. The pathogenesis of HPV-associated lesions is based on the expression of E6 and E7 oncoproteins, which disrupt cell differentia...
