Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility Berbasis Tri Hita Karana terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Good Corporate Governance sebagai Variabel Moderasi

Oct 2026 · Journal of Management and Creative Business · 0 citations

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Tri Hita Karana-based Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on firm value, the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on firm value, and the role of GCG in moderating the relationship between Tri Hita Karana-based CSR and firm value. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The research population consisted of all 30 employees of Villa Bugis, and the entire population was used as the sample through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS software. The results indicate that Tri Hita Karana-based Corporate Social Responsibility has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Good Corporate Governance also has a positive and significant effect on firm value. However, Good Corporate Governance is unable to moderate the relationship between Tri Hita Karana-based Corporate Social Responsibility and firm value. The findings suggest that the implementation of CSR based on local wisdom values and the application of Good Corporate Governance can enhance firm value.

Requirements Don’t Live in Isolation: What We’re Exploring with Req-Space

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…
