Abstract
AI and Big Data Analytics for Business Management: Concepts, Tools and Strategies explores how artificial intelligence and big data analytics are transforming modern business decision-making and management practices. The book explains key concepts, analytical tools, technologies, and strategies used to collect, process, analyze, and interpret large volumes of business data. It highlights applications of AI and analytics in areas such as marketing, finance, operations, customer relationship management, human resources, and strategic planning. The book also examines how data-driven insights can improve organizational efficiency, innovation, competitiveness, and forecasting. Overall, it provides a practical foundation for understanding and applying AI and big data analytics to contemporary business management.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.
