Abstract
Data management plan for an industrial doctorate on evaluative AI for strategic decision-making in SMEs, produced with CORA.eiNa DMP (CSUC) using the UOC doctoral-student template. It is maintained as a living document, revised when the facts change rather than filed once. The plan covers data collection from public UK company registers, FAIR mechanics, metadata and licensing, storage and ten-year preservation, and the contractual constraints of research carried out inside a partner company. It documents ten planned research outputs, each with its access level, licence and justification, including three that are already released under citable DOIs and two that are deliberately closed: the patentable methods, under a stated release trigger, and the service-layer know-how, which is not expected to become open and explains why. This version records two substantive revisions: personal data present in the source registers is no longer retrieved or stored, a change implemented in the published ingestion code, and ownership of results is stated as the collaboration agreement establishes rather than claimed unilaterally.
The method, ECCOLA, is presented, which aims at making the high-level AI ethics principles more practical, making it possible for developers to more easily implement them in practice.

Training AI agents with reinforcement learning can be challenging because their tools, context, and decision-making are managed by complex frameworks. Agent Lightning connects existing agents to RL training, making it easier to improve them without rebuilding them.
