Abstract
Intrapartum cardiotocography (CTG) is used to detect fetal hypoxia, but static classifications can miss progressive compromise. This study analyzes longitudinal CTG trends to find early predictors of umbilical artery acidemia (pH < 7.20) at birth.
To evaluate a novel bilateral, segment‐based umbilical artery (UA) Doppler scoring system in pregnancies complicated by early‐ or late‐onset fetal growth restriction (FGR) and to investigate its association with adverse perinatal outcome.

To evaluate the performance of the umbilical artery (UA) Doppler‐based classification system, published by Gratacós et al., in stratifying selective fetal growth restriction (sFGR) by severity and predicting adverse outcomes in affected monochorionic diamniotic (MCDA) pregnancies.

ABSTRACT Early fetal echocardiography and serial surveillance are crucial in pregnancies complicated by pregestational diabetes. Tetralogy of Fallot with absent pulmonary valve syndrome may cause progressive cardiomegaly, ventricular hypertrophy, hydrops, and fetal demise. Timely diagnosis enables informed parental cou...

Prematurity remains a leading cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality worldwide, with the highest burden in low‐resource settings such as sub‐Saharan Africa. Reliable local data are limited in Sudan, particularly in Eastern states. This study aimed to determine the incidence, maternal risk factors, neonatal character...
