Methodological approaches to institutionalizing artificial intelligence in the neurodigital economy
Abstract
This article examines the process of institutionalising artificial intelligence in the modern neurodigital economy and the challenges that arise as its economic and regulatory functions expand. Artificial intelligence is viewed as a multifunctional phenomenon, the technological and institutional properties of which develop in an interdependent manner and form an ecosystem comprising digital platforms, data, infrastructure, economic agents and the institutions that determine the conditions of their interaction. The paper proposes a multi-level approach to the institutionalisation of AI, revealing the forms of its integration into the system of economic relations, and sets out its principles.
