Abstract
Facing the threat of adversarial communication reconnaissance of uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) in modern battlefields, this article proposes a unified adversarial target sensing and covert transmitting framework by deploying multiple integrated sensing and jamming (ISAJ) nodes. The closed-form expressions of covertness, sensing accuracy, tracking performance, and transmission rate are derived, and an optimization problem of maximizing the covert transmission rate under the constraints of tracking error, sensing accuracy, and covertness is constructed. To address the practical limitation that distributed nodes can only acquire local channel state information (CSI), an extended Kalman filter (EKF)-based tracking algorithm and an iterative water-filling algorithm for mode switching of ISAJ nodes are proposed, and a distributed node beamforming and power allocation strategy is designed to realize the mutual enhancement of sensing function and covert communication function. Simulation results verify that the system can effectively improve the covert transmission rate while satisfying the sensing and tracking accuracy.
Simulation results demonstrate that compared with benchmark schemes, the proposed algorithm can better guarantee the secrecy rate and effectively track the moving trajectory of the eavesdropper.
