PHASEMAP coordinate-selective resetting: precision trajectories and exact moments

Sep 2026 · Zenodo (CERN European Organization for Nuclear Research)

Abstract

FNL-R6B manuscript and reproducibility release for coordinate-selective resetting of a two-dimensional inertial active Brownian particle. Archive revision FNL-R6B; scientific software version remains 3.2.0rc2. Earlier releases and numerical records are preserved. No new sampling was performed. The exact classification covers all seven nonempty deterministic reset protocols. At matched model parameters, confinement, directional order and kinetic content form the three-coordinate decoder. Drift separately distinguishes the tuned velocity-only/orientation-only diffusion coincidence. S-074 contains 23,519,232 independent production trajectories across 41 parameter-protocol cells. Raw-finest analysis already contained all 80 comparison intervals, with zero contradicted; 78 of 80 met the additional stricter design precision target. Paired Richardson estimates were adopted after inspection of the finest-step bias using the same preserved coupled paths. Chronology, both stricter misses, and unresolved historical S-071/S-073 outcomes remain explicit. No old attempt was pooled, retried or topped up. CURRENT SOURCES: PHASEMAP_FNL_R6B_Reproducibility.zip contains current manuscript sources, scientific code, tests, Richardson results and reproduction instructions. Current manuscript, supplement and general-summary PDFs are supplied separately. Private cover-letter and referee/submission metadata are excluded from this new public archive. UNCHANGED EVIDENCE: PHASEMAP_FNL_Numerical_Records.zip is byte-identical to the previous version, SHA-256 b7138bd988a3667fd1f79d7fc5f0b6a13fe0276503e922ca24c0f8956b278f55. Extract it with the current R6B code archive and follow docs/release/S074_REPRODUCTION.md. HISTORICAL SOURCE: PHASEMAP_FNL_Reproducibility.zip is retained as the old R2 snapshot, not the current manuscript source archive. Original software remains MIT-licensed; research data and authors text/figures remain CC BY 4.0. Third-party LaTeX resources retain their original notices. Creator order and ORCIDs are unchanged. The corresponding author reported delivery of coauthor approval for R6B. No funding or competing interests were declared. This archive release is not a journal submission or acceptance.

The impact of agile practices on communication in software development

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.
