Traditional centralized energy management system (EMS) has some problems, such as delayed response, low reliability and difficult data sharing. This paper proposes a distributed EMS architecture that integrates the Internet of Things (IoT) and edge computing. The system adopts a three-layer architecture of perception layer, edge layer and cloud layer. In the edge layer, lightweight energy consumption prediction and anomaly detection algorithms are deployed to achieve millisecond-level device response and control, and local optimization strategies are implemented when the network is interrupted. Cloud layer is responsible for long-term data storage, analysis and global optimization strategy formulation. Design and implement master-slave backup and service discovery mechanism. The experimental results show that the system can reduce the response delay and improve the energy-saving effect, and has good robustness.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The perception of the impact of agile methods is predominantly positive, and several challenge areas were discovered, but based on this study, agile methods are here to stay.
