Reproducibility Data and Verification Code for “Replacement-Rule Selection with State-Dependent Routing under Correlated Batch Demand in Degrading Flexible Machining Cells”
Abstract
This dataset provides the reproducibility data and verification code for the article “Replacement-Rule Selection with State-Dependent Routing under Correlated Batch Demand in Degrading Flexible Machining Cells.” The archive contains frozen model parameters, numerical result ledgers, policy maps, calibration traces, exact-certificate outputs, discrete-event simulation results, figure-generation data, verification scripts, and SHA-256 manifests. It supports the 126-cell replacement-rule regret surface, targeted finite-WIP capacity validation, the 81-pair worn-band cutoff screen, the 100-pair intermediate-wear extension, uncertainty and robustness analyses, Bellman channel decomposition, and the fully enumerated 42-state exact certificate. The supplied verifier checks 71 archived files, 14,450 policy-map states, 126 phase-map cells, exact action reversals, Bellman residuals, cost-decomposition identities, replacement-screen optima, and the 500,000-event simulation anchor. The archive README provides software requirements, execution instructions, file descriptions, and the distinction between directly reproducible results and calibration checks that require separately available public source datasets. The archived materials correspond to the final frozen computational results reported in the article. The authors specified the model, algorithms, parameters, acceptance tests, and scientific interpretation and independently executed and verified all reported computations.
