Sim-to-Real, Closed-Loop Digital Twin and Involutive Residual Port: The Door 25 Engine (S1–S10), Asymmetric Double-Pulse Isometry, Reality Gap Auditing, and Cognitive Poka-Yoke in the Realization Architecture (Document 107)

Abstract

The virtual world is infinitely cheap. Software can dream up anything. It can generate endless trajectories and explore speculative high-entropy hypotheses, without a single gear in the material world coming to harm. This is the architecture's fail-open space. It is an accelerator tube filled with raw intensity, where everything crashes into everything to see what emerges. Yet a collision is not a conclusion. A system that realizes everything distinguishes nothing. A system that stores every single tremor in phase space understands nothing. Without a brutal and well-defined threshold, reality is simply inundated with noise. A simulated possibility possesses no existential right. A signal is not a truth until it has carried its own weight and crossed the barrier. This barrier is called Door 25. It does not function as a soft, speculative forecasting tool. It is not there to guess. Door 25 is an asymmetric, spectral collision chamber, built as a closed-loop digital twin. Inside, within this isolated shadow phase space, a raw event is transformed into an audited candidate. Before a single voltage may leave the darkness, become mechanical work, and cross the precipice we call the Sim-to-Real gap, the candidate must endure a structural trial. The method is as simple as it is merciless. It is called the asymmetric double-pulse test. The candidate action is thrust forward, and immediately retracted via its own inverse form. It is an involutive straitjacket. If the return path fails to close perfectly—if there exist undeclared asymmetries, dynamic hysteresis, or non-conservative energy losses—the topology is broken. The breach triggers an instantaneous cut. There are no negotiations. The machine drops immediately back to the system's absolute truth: fail-closed stasis and 0.00 VDC. The candidate was merely an anomaly. It never achieved the status of a consequence. If the symmetry holds, however, the analysis proceeds. Door 25 orchestrates ten specialized control organs under an unyielding subsumption algebra: KILL overrides HOLD, which in turn overrides OPEN. While physical telemetry streams in, the digital twin keeps watch and measures the divergence. The Reality Gap metric lies like a taut spectral band over time, computed via a weighted Mahalanobis distance. If the machine in reality and the machine in the shadow drift apart, the gate raises a HOLD. If the gap persists beyond an allowable dwell time of thirty milliseconds, the guillotine drops. The gate escalates to KILL. This is depth structure. A continuous Luenberger observer filters structural drift from pure sensor noise, while Control Barrier Functions (CBF) wrap a protective envelope around the system. Any trajectory threatening to breach the envelope boundary under simulated adversarial impulses is stopped immediately. It is a massive, multidimensional mathematics filled with covariance matrices and 3D collision meshes. It is information-dense enough to induce cognitive overload in any human operator, especially at two o'clock in the morning. Therefore, the architecture does something radical. It distills the noise. Like a pop-art screenprint stripped of everything except two blinding fields of color, the complexity is ground down through a cognitive Poka-Yoke filter. A thousand variables collapse into two hard, semiotic states. Resonance. 5.00 V. OPEN. Diffraction. 0.00 V. HOLD or KILL. Upon diffraction, the screen falls still. The operator interface is automatically de-escalated into a quiet, Socratic airlock. It absorbs operator trial and error, completely without ever putting a single piece of physical hardware at risk. This is where the threshold of reality lies. When a candidate has survived forward integration, double-pulse isometry, observer filtering, and spectral envelope control, it has attained statistical stability. It has endured the resistance. Only then, under local orchestrator $\Omega_{25}$, is the transition sealed into an append-only SHA-256 WORM witness chain. The event is preserved. It steps out of the simulator and into the public sphere as a witnessed, mechanical movement. In this manner, Door 25 anchors the core of the system: Autonomous authority does not exist in itself. Everything must pass the gate. Everything must be witnessed. Tusen variabler kollapser inn i to harde, semiotiske tilstander. Resonans. 5,00 V. OPEN. Diffraksjon. Først da, under lokal orkestrator $\Omega_{25}$, forsegles overgangen i en append-only SHA-256 WORM-vitnekjede.
