Quasienergy Protection Does Not Imply Readability: Reproducibility Package
Abstract
This record provides version 0.5.0 of the reproducibility package for “Quasienergy Protection Does Not Imply Readability: Detector-Relative Access to Memory in a Periodically Driven Open Qubit” by Matthias Jakob. Version 0.5.0 is the corrected successor of version 0.4.0 (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.22070504). It corrects the thermal Drude bath-correlation Matsubara prefactor and replaces the earlier numerical production with recalculated results. The scientific programs and supplied results match development checkpoint 0.5.0-dev.4 and manuscript v0.12-step5; the latest manuscript citation changes do not alter the numerical result set. The software implements a full-coefficient Floquet time-convolutionless expansion at second order (Floquet-TCL2) for a periodically driven spin-boson qubit. It supplies quasienergy-crossing calculations, Breuer–Laine–Piilo trace-distance backflow analyses, detector-relative Gaussian comparison quantities, frozen-encoding controls, local-response expansions, and physicality and convergence diagnostics. A physical readout protocol uses one terminal projective measurement per independently prepared system-bath copy, with a recorded observation time and exact Born Fisher information per preparation. Contents include Python source, configuration and dependency files, machine-readable data, plotting programs and figures, execution status records, independent bath-correlation tests, 225 production and 225 refined projective-curvature values, three projective readout profiles, likelihood checks, a manuscript-figure mapping, release verification tools, and SHA-256 manifests. The README gives separate commands for stored-data verification, fresh numerical spot checks, complete dynamics recalculation, and complete projective-readout recalculation. The conclusions apply to the stated approximate Floquet-TCL2 dynamics and specified measurement channels. The Born likelihood is exact for the supplied reduced states; this does not establish exact system-bath dynamics. Two original all-grid peak-location criteria remain failed and are explicitly retained, alongside stable peak-side diagnostics and the finer-resolution results. The release does not claim an experimental demonstration, optimization over all quantum measurements, or a nonperturbative readout benchmark.
