ICT -based interactive strategies can support the improvement of students’ speaking skills by enhancing engagement and interaction, however, their effectiveness depends on pedagogical implementation rather than technology alone.
It is suggested that WhatsApp Group may support student engagement and English learning in EFL classrooms when integrated appropriately within digital learning practices.
