Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return on Asset (ROA), either partially or simultaneously, in food crop subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2018-2025 period. This research employs a quantitative, descriptive-verificative approach, using secondary data from annual financial reports published on the official IDX website. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, yielding a research sample of 10 companies and a total of 80 observations (10 companies x 8 years). Data are analyzed through multiple linear regression preceded by classical assumption tests, with hypothesis testing performed using the t-test for partial effects and the F-test for simultaneous effects. The results show that the Current Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return on Asset, while the Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover have no statistically significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect Return on Asset, contributing 17.9 percent.
This study aims to empirically examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Current Ratio (CR) on profit growth in healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2024 economic fluctuation period. This study uses a quantitative design based on secondary...
