Abstract
This practical guidance presents a procedure for installing and operating the CubeTechnology system in which artificial intelligence is used as a continuous assistant to the user at all stages of working with the system. The main distinguishing feature of the proposed approach is that the user provides ChatGPT, or another AI service they are accustomed to using, with the CubeTechnology documentation archive. The AI uses a dedicated navigation document within the archive to identify the required manuals and documentation sections, explain the sequence of actions, help verify that the installation has been completed correctly, translate instructions into the user’s native language, support the execution of training and production tasks, and assist in analyzing difficulties that arise during operation. When errors or unexpected results occur, the user can provide the chat with screenshots, calculation logs, program parameters, input and output files, VisualCube scenes, and other diagnostic materials. The AI compares these materials with the system documentation, helps localize the cause of the problem, and proposes a sequence of checks. If the issue cannot be resolved in the chat, the AI can help prepare a message to the author of CubeTechnology, and the author’s reply can then be added to the same chat so that the work can continue. This form of support reduces the user’s dependence on the developer’s constant direct involvement and makes it possible to master the system progressively, from installation and familiarization with the VisualCube multi-window graphical interface to performing seismic data processing and interpretation tasks. The guidance also provides links to the software distribution package, complete documentation, test data, training materials, and related CubeTechnology publications. Related publications: 1. This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…
AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering.
