Abstract
Rajasthan’s southeastern part is known as “the land of Hada (Clan) Rajputs” i.e Hadoti. In this study, genetic structure of Hadoti population, who exhibited diverse ethanographic past, have been explored using 23 autosomal STR loci [PowerPlex® Fusion 6C (PPF) system] by the way of determining allele distribution and forensic efciency parameters. Autosomal STR data was collected fromthe bloodsamples of 423 (194 females and 229 males) individuals of Rajasthani roots related to
the Hadoti region. The STRs were amplied by using PPF 6Csystem(PromegaCorporation) and the amplied samples were examined using Gene Mapper ID-X 1.6 software (Applied Biosystems) on a 3500xl Genetic Analyzer. Following Bonferroni correction, all the studied STR loci fullled the terms of the HardyWeinberg equilibrium. With the exception of Amelogenin and DYS391, DYS570, DYS576, this study found that among the 23 autosomal STR loci, SE 33 is the most informative (power of discrimination (PD) = 0.992), whereas TPOX locus (PD = 0.866)is the least. The obtained parameters of forensic interest demonstrated the compatibility of all the studied 23 STRs across Hadoti population of Rajasthan for forensic DNA identication and paternity testing.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…
AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering.
