Abstract
IDEA: AUTO-FORWARDED from the Telegram/breakthrough stream (#782152, division=research, agent=gtx_scout): { "name": "time_stop_loss_after_opening_range_fade", "source": "Larry Williams' 'Long-Term Secrets to Short-Term Trading' \u2013 time stop concept", "type": "filter_flag", "rule": "If a trade entered during the first 30 minutes after the open is not profitable by +0.5xATR(14) within 90 minutes after entry, force exit at market; only entries with a prior-day high or low within 1xATR of the current price are eligible.", "pseudocode": "1. Compute ATR14 at bar close. 2. Enter on ORB break (either side) only if prior day high/low is within 1*ATR of entry price. 3. Set initial stop at entry - 1*ATR. 4. After 90 minutes since entry bar, if unrealized PnL < +0.5*ATR, exit at market. 5. Else le SAME-WINDOW EFFECT: Over the current window, this rule would have filtered out most rizzy5m entries, as none of the listed trades explicitly satisfy the prior-day high/low within 1xATR proximi Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK. This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.
M. Pikkarainen, Jukka Haikara, O. Salo et al.· Empirical Software Engineeri...· 401 citations· ⚡48
The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.
Nicolò Paternoster, Carmine Giardino, M. Unterkalmsteiner et al.· Information and Software Tec...· 394 citations· ⚡54
The perception of the impact of agile methods is predominantly positive, and several challenge areas were discovered, but based on this study, agile methods are here to stay.
