The study aims to explore the impact of these tools on the teaching and learning process . The entire world is in concert to incorporate Artificial Intelligence gadgets in the teaching and learning process, therefore the present research studies the impact of devices such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Quizlet on the students to improve vocabulary, grammar and interactive skills. The Mixed Method was used in this research, and in this research, feedback has been taken from different English teachers through survey and in-depth interviews about the devices and services received and their overall impact. According to the report, the major issues facing Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality technologies are lack of available content (64%), teachers (69%) and others.
