UMOKWAI Supervision Meta-Router — Selective-loading system for the validation of LLM-generated technical drafts
Abstract
UMOKWAI Supervision Meta-Router — Selective-loading system for the validation of LLM-generated technical draftsThis work introduces the Supervision Meta-Router, a modular selective-loading operational system designed to review the responses produced by the UMOKWAI Ontological Router. The Meta-Router rests on two non-negotiable principles: (1) every output generated by a Large Language Model constitutes, by definition, a technical draft and not a verified response; (2) the LLM operates exclusively as a linguistic interface toward external verification tools, and not as a source of verification of the phenomenon. The system translates into operational procedure the results of the UMOSU series of documents dedicated to the six fundamental phenomena (fA1–fC2) and the two domains of complexity (D1 and D2), as well as the requirements of human oversight and of the treatment of outputs as technical drafts set out in the Municipality of Treviso AI Regulation (v2.1, Art. 7 and Art. 12).The architecture is modular and selective-loading. Four main control files remain always active. After analysis of the ontological classification of the draft, only the supervision modules corresponding to the phenomena present (META_fA1 … META_D2) are loaded. For each assert the procedure determines the type of control required and produces one of the following outcomes: validation via an accessible tool; explicit declaration that control is not available in this environment (with naming of the required tool or source, typically paid ISO/UNI EN standards, finite-element software, certified databases); declaration of fC2 regime when no truth-control exists; or indication of mandatory human validation. The Meta-Router does not replace the draft with a “better” response. It produces a structured supervision report that makes verification limits transparent, guides subsequent human review, and prevents the linguistic interface from being mistaken for the source of verification of the phenomenon. The system is proposed as a testable and improvable component of the UMOSU/UMOKWAI ecosystem, intended for joint use with the primary Ontological Router in professional, administrative and research contexts. Keywords: Meta-Router, UMOKWAI, technical draft, human oversight, selective loading, assert-by-assert verification, linguistic interface, hallucination prevention, AI Act, human validation.
