SA-MPNN is presented, a lightweight, end-to-end hybrid framework that dynamically integrates the protein sequence representations from a protein language model (ESM2) into the ThermoMPNN architecture to improve protein stability prediction by combining evolutionary representations with geometric structural embeddings.
