Dynamic Power Allocation with Successive Interference Cancellation for NOMA Systems under Imperfect CSI

The results reveal that the application of the SIC algorithm dynamically leads to substantial improvements in fairness between users and ensures more consistent behavior than conventional static ranking procedures, particularly in scenarios where there are channel estimation errors.
