Integrated genomic and transcriptomic analysis reveals candidate genes associated with reproductive performance in Hetian Black chickens

Results indicate that ATAD5/CRLF3 on chr18, AGTR1 on chr9 and their SNPs are potential markers for AFE, while NRXN3 on chr5, AHR2 on chr7, PRSS2 on chr1 and their SNPs are potential markers for EN300.

High-throughput sequencing and analysis of target genes uncover microRNA-mediated responses to low-temperature stress in Medicago falcata.

The authors' results identified candidate cold-responsive miRNAs in M. falcata and predicted their target genes involved in diverse biological processes and showed that the miR408-5p-MfbZIP10 module plays a crucial regulatory role in low-temperature adaptation.
