Recent advances in large audio language models (LALMs) have driven the development of natural and intelligent speech interaction systems. Such systems need to model complex conversational behaviors, including turn-taking, overlapping speech, and speaker coordination. Multi-party conversations provide a realistic settin...

Large audio language models (LALMs) can describe what is heard, but their ability to localize when queried content occurs remains less systematically evaluated. We present TAG-Bench, a benchmark for temporal audio grounding in which a model returns every time interval that matches a natural-language query. TAG-Bench co...

Spoken sarcasm detectors may exploit lexical content, prosody, or their interaction, yet conventional evaluation cannot reveal which cues drive their predictions. We introduce CLASH (Controlled Lexical-Acoustic Separation Harness), a bilingual counterfactual diagnostic framework that evaluates each utterance under orig...

Recent advances in large language models (LLMs) and multimodal LLMs (MLLMs) have created new opportunities for wearable speech interfaces, with smart glasses providing an egocentric platform for continuous audio sensing and assistance. However, speech recognition and understanding in this setting remain challenging bec...
