This study provides pooled estimates of the diagnostic performance of TML and DL for cervical degenerative diseases and indicates that, given between-study heterogeneity and low certainty of evidence, AI should currently be used as clinical decision support rather than an independent replacement for physicians.

Comparison of the predictive roles of CT- and MRI-based endplate regional osteoporosis status measurements for cage subsidence after posterior lumbar interbody fusion.

Endplate HU values indicated a relatively higher predictive performance for CS compared with EBQ scores and served as the most discriminative BMD indicator in patients who underwent PLIF.
