Senescence-directed nanotherapy ameliorates fibrosis and overcomes immune exclusion in cancer

It is shown that P-selectin is expressed by a subset of senescent-like cells in fibrotic tissues and tumors, which establishes SMNPs as a generalizable strategy to target pathogenic senescent cell subsets across fibrosis and cancer.

Epigenetic Reactivation of Lineage Differentiation to Target Leukemia

A selective small-molecule TRIM28 inhibitor is developed that binds the TRIM28 PHD-bromodomain, phenocopies TRIM28 loss across biochemical and cellular assays, exhibits low micromolar anti-leukemia activity, induces neutrophil differentiation, and synergizes with Menin inhibition.
