Ochratoxin A perturbs reproductive cell homeostasis involving PI3K-Akt-related stress signaling: Network toxicology, molecular simulation, single-cell and in vitro evidence.

The results suggest that OTA-associated reproductive cell stress may involve PI3K-Akt-related survival signaling and apoptosis-linked responses, but protein-level and functional validation is required.

Single‐Cell and Machine Learning Analyses Identify MYDGF as an Immune‐Related Biomarker Associated With the Tumor Microenvironment in Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma

Overall, the analyses characterize MYDGF as a microenvironment‐related biomarker linked to immune‐associated features, signaling‐associated alterations, and adverse prognosis in ccRCC and show the value of pairing single‐cell resolution with computational modeling for biomarker discovery in renal cancer.
