The Logic Screening method (LoSc) is proposed, an ultra fast, accurate, and theoretically grounded framework for large-scale screening that explicitly incorporates dilution and sample usage constraints into pooling designs, and establishes theoretical guarantees to guide optimal pooling configurations.
