Multi-omics characterization of anoikis-related hub genes and macrophage-centered immune persistence with validation of HAVCR2 in atherosclerosis

A macrophage-centered anoikis-related immune signature in atherosclerosis is defined and HAVCR2 is identified, together with CD36, PLAU, TNF, PYCARD, SERPINA1, BLNK, and CHI3L1, as potential biomarkers and candidate targets for future diagnostic and therapeutic investigation.
