A nitric oxide-driven nanomotor for reactive oxygen species (ROS)-responsive TH delivery (PMA@TH), enabling precise TH delivery to inflammatory lung tissues and demonstrating superior therapeutic outcomes in ALI models is demonstrated, offering a promising nanomedicine for clinical translation.
