Secure Impulsive Control of Singular Markovian Jump Neural Networks Against Hybrid Attacks: A Hybrid Event-Triggered Mechanism

To facilitate a bandwidth-adaptive scheduling framework, a mode-dependent dynamic event-triggered mechanism (DETMαid) is proposed, wherein the dynamic threshold is adaptively adjusted by utilizing both real-time bandwidth occupancy and the Markovian mode.
