Using electronic health record audit logs to identify pediatric intensive care unit teams

EHR audit log data can accurately identify patients’ bedside nurses in pediatric ICUs and provides a scalable foundation for team dynamics research, although the LCS offering greater generalizability than predefined heuristics may be needed.
