v1.8.0 (2026-09-08). Version DOI: recorded once minted (concept 10.5281/zenodo.22537318). Commits `d786116`/`8954bcf` (Religious Attribution Non-Collapse), `8be7433`/`ef3adc7`/`270c2af` (executable-equations registrar review), `cb03ab6` (Internal-Consistency ladder + mechanical clearing fixes), `fd57ffd` (consistency-grader per-cell evidence fix), `ca9f9df` (causal-sweep merge), `d0d4709` (URCF turbulence merge), `325c477` (spectral-ceiling family merge, 4 objects), `9a41c95` (URCF_RD_All tower family merge, 17 objects), `4d381e1` (consistency-sidecar recompute + site/API rebuild for the two merges above), plus this release-prep redo. - **Internal-Consistency ladder (IC-0…IC-3)** (`cb03ab6`, `docs/CONSISTENCY_SPEC_v0_1.md`, founder instruction 2026-09-08: "at minimum [Toledo] must be systematically self-consistent"): `scripts/compute_consistency.py` grades every canonical entry and root row across seven equation-clearing audit dimensions (schema, structure, tier, symbols, coq, duplicates, lineage), reading the confirmed findings already produced by `ops/clearing/audit_*.py`, and writes read-only sidecars under `registry/consistency/ .json` plus `INDEX.json` — never a truth score, orthogonal to and never merged with the resistance ladder R0–R6. `needs_reader` is an honest state, not a pass. `scripts/v18_clearing_fixes.py` applied the subset of confirmed findings that are mechanical and need no outstanding founder ruling (15 `tier.cell_table` status moves, 125 wrapper header-comment tier corrections). - **Evidence fix** (`fd57ffd`, `ops/clearing/CHECKER_2026-09-08.md` Block 1): the grader initially left `evidence.cells` empty for every clean dimension pass, so "never examined" and "checked and clean" were indistinguishable from the sidecar alone — the exact three-state confusion the spec's own sec.0 forbids. `grade_entry` now copies each dimension's own `cells_run` disclosure (from its `findings_ .json` header) into `evidence.cells` as `{cell: "pass"}` for every examined cell with no finding against that code, `"fail"`/ `"needs_reader"` for a cell a finding id (` . # `) names, and leaves a genuinely unexamined cell absent — never defaulting to `"pass"`. Verified corpus-wide (no sidecar left with empty real-cell evidence) and idempotent; a regression test was added. - **Corpus reading, this checkout**: **1,912** sidecars (**1,302** readings + **610** roots). Readings: IC-0 **1,148** · IC-1 **27** · IC-2 **127** · IC-3 **0**; **1,274** carry at least one open finding (`flag: "IC-F"`). Roots: IC-0 **466** · IC-1 **51** · IC-2 **93** · IC-3 **0**; **610** carry at least one open finding. No entry holds IC-3 yet — that rung needs clearance rows (`ops/clearing/clearances.jsonl`), which do not exist in this checkout. See README's new "Internal-Consistency ladder" section. - **Religious Attribution Non-Collapse (RANC)** (`d786116`/`8954bcf`): one new reading, `weld/H.51.v1`, from "Plural Interfaces, Singular Commitments" v1.0 sec.8.1 (Yaoharee Lahtee) — a five-level non-collapse chain (model output, product policy, institutional norm, actor belief, person-specific religious classification). `phi_check` found no existing match; parented on `weld/H.33.v1` (Core Epistemic Structure non-collapse) as the closest prior discipline, tier `Definition` per the source's own framing, `coq_status: open_prop`. `origin.doi` patched to the minted Zenodo record `10.5281/zenodo.22660591` once available. - **Executable-equations registrar review** (`8be7433`/`ef3adc7`/`270c2af`, founder ruling `BBL-2026-09-08-243` item 2): acting under chair delegation, `EQ-001/P.45.v1` (Lorentz boost pair) set `reviewed_ineligible` — `sympy`'s parse shattered the bare identifier `Gamma_R` into single-letter symbols and dropped the statement's second clause, so its IR does not represent the source statement; `EQ-001/P.63.v1` built and cross-checked instead. Evidence citations (`registry/reproduction_card_index.json`, `registry/executable/INDEX.json`) repointed at the glosa commit that actually holds the reproduction cards (an earlier citation pointed at a commit filed before the card existed there). - **Causal-memory root extension** (`ca9f9df`, `registry/proposals/causal_sweep.json`): **27** new readings from a 2026-09-08 sweep of causal-memory-programme records (41 raw new-branch objects deduped to 27 across three judged parts). `scripts/v18_causal_merge.py` re-verified every parent code and alias against the live registry, assigned real `.v1` running numbers per (root, domain) replacing the proposal's `??` placeholders, and appended one LINEAGE `assigned` event per entry. New readings land under `EQ-015/H` (2), `weld/B` (1), `weld/M` (3), `CMC/P` (1), `Face.10.IdentifiabilityGate/M` (1), `weld/S` (1), `weld/P` (4), `EQ-001/P` (9), `EQ-015/P` (3), `CMC/M` (1), `MQ08-stepper/M` (1) (2+1+3+1+1+1+4+9+3+1+1 = 27). All 27 are `coq_status: open_prop` (tier as proposed, never raised); each got its own `coq/canonical/.v` open-proposition stub, individually `coqc`-verified to compile (27/27 clean, no proof attempted). See README's new "Causal-memory root extension" section. - **URCF turbulence instance** (`d0d4709`, `registry/proposals/urcf_turbulence.json`): one new reading, `weld/P.05.v1`, the Retained-Information Relaxation-Inertia turbulence prediction equation (τ_R dI_R/dt + L_R I_R = S_R + η_R) from a standalone research pack never deposited on Zenodo (`origin.doi: null`). `instance_of` `weld/S.01.v1` (the Finite-Memory Laplacian/Telegraph Generator this equation instantiates in a new domain) and `instance_of` `EQ-008` (a structural, not author-cited, match to IDM/Genesis root `EQ-008`'s `L_R := D_W − W`) — the proposal file's own `"root/EQ-008"` prefix did not match the registry's bare-root citation convention and was corrected. Its own `does_not_resolve` caveat is preserved verbatim in `drift_note`: this reading does **not** close Genesis root gap T2 (the harder, still-open state-dependent `L_R[I_R]` case) — it is the easier linear/time-invariant sub-case only. `coq_status: open_prop`, `coqc`-verified to compile. See README's new "URCF turbulence instance" section. Related: `docs/TURBULENCE_KNOWLEDGE_LEDGER_2026-09-08.md` (`d42ad50`) — 13 turbulence/Navier-Stokes sources read in full at intake, 4 Coq files independently compiled and tier-checked; strongest verified fact recorded: `ker(L_R) = constants`, axiom-free. - **Spectral-ceiling family** (`325c477`, `registry/proposals/spectral_ceiling_family.json`, after independent adversarial re-verification `ops/urcf_tower/REVERIFICATION_2026-09-08.md`): **4** new readings, `weld/M.40.v1`–`weld/M.43.v1`. `weld/M.40.v1` (Anderson-Morley sharp curvature ceiling, witness form over `Q`) and `weld/M.43.v1` (`ker(L_R) = constants` under connectivity) are `partial_overlap`: each is trimmed to only the half of its source claim not already covered by an existing reading (`q_formal/M.05.v1` and `L_R/M.22.v1` respectively), with `relations[]` cross-referencing the pre-existing code for the overlapping half rather than re-registering it. `weld/M.41.v1` (Dirichlet energy PSD/gauge/stencil/second-difference) and `weld/M.42.v1` (Rayleigh-quotient ceiling `lam <= 2*dmax`, division-free) are `genuinely_new`, registered in full. All four Coq files (`InfoSpectralCeilingSharp.v`, `RDL_GammaSpectral.v`, `RDL_SpectralCeiling.v`, `URCF_RD_All.v` module Graph / `RDL_Graph.v`) recompiled and Print-Assumptions-verified in this repo — axiom-free. - **URCF_RD_All tower family** (`9a41c95`, `registry/proposals/urcf_rd_all_family.json`, same reverification pass, `scripts/v18_tower_merge.py`): **17** new readings, `weld/M.44.v1`– `weld/M.60.v1`, capturing a private tower file (`URCF_RD_All.v`, Module RD, never previously deposited or registered) covering a Peano/PA model-theory tower across Genesis roots `D`, `RD3`, `RD4`, `Z`, `Q` and `R`: successor non-collapse and injectivity, `D`'s commutative-semiring package, order/well-foundedness, the `toNat : D -> N` isomorphism, term-language homomorphisms, elementary equivalence, a Hilbert-style proof system, `D` as a model of PA, the constructive consistency of PA (`weld/M.52.v1`, `Con_PA`, axiom-free), a **classically-dependent** sibling consistency proof (`weld/M.53.v1`, `Con_PA_classical` — `Print Assumptions` names exactly one axiom, `Classical_Prop.classic`; kept as a distinct entry, never presented as axiom-free and never folded into `weld/M.52.v1`), PA-truth transport, Dedekind categoricity, a metric/Tarski betweenness layer, the discrete Leibniz product rule, `Q` as a field, and `R` as a Bishop-regular Cauchy-sequence ordered field with Cauchy-completeness. **14** of the 17 are `genuinely_new` (verified by corpus-wide keyword search against `CANONICAL.json`, zero matches, per entry); **3** are `partial_overlap`: `weld/M.44.v1` (only `RD4` successor-injectivity is new; the `succ<>zero` half duplicates `RD3/M.01.v1`, dropped rather than re-registered), `weld/M.58.v1` (only the pointwise Leibniz rule is new; the bundled discrete-FTC half duplicates `A2/M.03.v1`/ `Z/M.06.v1`, physically omitted from the Coq file, not just the registry entry), and `weld/M.60.v1` (kept whole rather than trimmed — the overlapping piece, a near-trivial pointwise-add-commutativity fact against a structurally different prior `R` representation (`R/M.33`–`M.37.v1`), is a small fraction of the object; the overwhelming majority — full order, multiplicative inverse, completeness, metric, convergence, continuity — has no prior reading). All 17 Coq files `coqc`-recompiled and `Print Assumptions`-verified in this repo: 16 axiom-free, 1 (`weld/M.53.v1`) correctly disclosing its one classical axiom. - **Consistency sidecars recomputed, site and both static APIs rebuilt** (`4d381e1`): re-ran `scripts/compute_consistency.py` over the 21 new entries (all land on IC-2, no open finding) and `make build`, `python3 site/build_site.py --out site/dist --strict`, `python3 -m toledo_m

What this is. Toledo is the programme's single permanent home for equations and their machine checks: a public git repository (https://github.com/morrocwi/toledo) whose tagged releases are deposited under this concept DOI, an MCP server and CLI for lookup, a static read API and a public website (https://morrocwi.github.io/toledo/) that explains every status in plain language and gives AI agents the lookup-before-use rule, the install and the API contract. Founder rules: every equation is looked up here first and registered here before it is written or cited elsewhere; no AI agent in the programme may use an unregistered equation. Release v1.5.0 (counts computed from the files in the tag). 990 canonical entries (current 899, unverified 52, split 30, not_an_equation 9); 592 root rows. Debt pass, stated honestly: the 52 unverified entries were re-opened at their sources and stay unverified because the sources themselves classify them as proposed, partial or open; 111 tier values now carry a source quote and 245 remain untagged because their sources give no tag; all 210 wrapped_related entries were examined and none is derivable from the general theorem it aliases without inventing a correspondence, so each keeps that status with a recorded reason; Coq files now exist for every entry that has formal content — 119 Theta and Causal-Memory Closure readings wrapped (116 closed, 3 with named axioms) and 78 finite-model files for the Effort, Economics of Expertise, Core Epistemic Structure and Recursive Epistemic Tunnel entries — 928 Coq files built one at a time, 277 entries closed; the Causal-Memory Closure root still has no source sentence connecting it to a Genesis root, and a candidate proposition is drafted for the founder rather than asserted. New in this release: 23 readings registered from The Recursive Epistemic Tunnel v2.1 (10.5281/zenodo.22639311) with 23 occurrences on reused objects; a provenance note that the readout_genesis import anchor is a local revision whose additions are not yet on the public remote (public verification holds up to the published head); the catalogue rebuilt with typeset entry names and no overfull lines (A4, 291 pages); the MCP package 1.5.0 ships a prebuilt index. Status and limits. K0 working release. Th_coqc / closed certifies the internal consistency of stated finite models, never empirical truth; every status on the website and in the API is a readout of the registry files at the tagged commit. Edition 1.1 (2026-09-07). This version adds two chapters, reproduced unchanged at their deposited versions: The Economics of Expertise in the Age of Generative AI v1.1 (10.5281/zenodo.22638960; Part 6, Human Position After Labour) and The Recursive Epistemic Tunnel v2.1 (10.5281/zenodo.22639311; Part 7, The River and Its Tests). The edition page now carries the programme's Core Epistemic Structure block (experience-based expert; interactional expert: none; the AI model used, with its roles). Appendix F is generated from the Toledo equation library v1.4.0 (10.5281/zenodo.22637913) with counts computed at build time; Appendix E records the build. The excerpt page ranges of two earlier chapters are recorded as applied as proposed. No chapter text is changed; every chapter keeps the status it was deposited with (K0); the collection raises nothing. 43 chapters, 742 pages. What this book is. Edition 1 (2026) of the Human–AI Readout Programme's textbook: 41 works already deposited on Zenodo, reproduced at their latest versions, unchanged, in eight parts (Root: Before Meaning · Meaning, Experience, Retention · Possibility, Choice, Potential · Society, Power, Justice · Human–AI Coupling and Return · Human Position After Labour · The River and Its Tests · Method), with a preface, a how-to-read page, a what-this-book-does-not-claim page, part bridges, a headnote before every chapter (its own claim, status and falsifier in its own words), and appendices (library map, non-collapse rows, symbol glossary, falsifier index, build record, equation registry with Th_coqc status). Every chapter keeps the status it was deposited with (K0); the collection raises nothing. The DOI printed with each chapter is the document of record; each chapter record is linked here as hasPart. Every numbered equation of every chapter is coded in the programme's equation library Toledo (v1.0.0, DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22548770), whose Coq sources carry the Th_coqc status printed in Appendix F. Standpoint. Written by a standalone scholar from a social-enterprise standpoint; assembled with an AI assistant under the author's direction (drafting of front matter, citation checks, typesetting); no AI system or vendor is an author or contributor. The book asks for no external certification; it asks to be tested against the falsifier stated with each chapter. English-only edition. Licence CC BY 4.0. Built from a manifest of record ids, checksums and measured page counts (see Appendix E).

Version note (v1.1, 2026-09-07). Uplift edition clearing the items raised by the independent glosa review of v1.0: a provenance footnote at Eq. 6 (the knowledge triple is an earlier formulation recorded under Toledo weld/E.03.v1, whose current statement is a richer tuple); DOI/ISBN notes for four monographs; Edwards and Roy (2017) now cited in Section 1; Toledo codes of this paper's equations (weld/H.22–29, weld/W.03–10; registration object weld/H.30–34) added to the Appendix A ledger; Toledo reference updated to v1.4.0. No other text, equation or reference is changed. Version note (v1.0.1, 2026-09-07). Typesetting correction only: a stray punctuation mark in the Core Epistemic Registration block is removed. Text, equations, ledger and references are unchanged from v1.0. What this is. A theory/perspective manuscript (Final Journal Manuscript v1.0, 7 September 2026; submission-ready, not peer reviewed) on the economics of expertise under generative AI: why candidate abundance shifts scarcity from generating knowledge-like output to validating it; why knowledge is not expertise; expertise as a context-bound human state (three ideal-type states, not a deterministic ladder); a formal economics of candidate abundance and validation scarcity (candidate sets, validation capacity, backlog, steady state, AI-induced epistemic scarcity shift, validated throughput and value, bottleneck revaluation); and why practitioners become epistemically central. It introduces a three-part Core Epistemic Registration for projects — core respondent / experience-based expert, interactional expert (or None), and the AI model(s) used with their roles — with the non-collapse rule that these three never merge. Equation provenance. Existing equations attributed to the Human–AI Readout Programme are taken from Toledo, the programme's equation library (concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22537318), and cited by lineage; every new definition, derivation, architecture and hypothesis is labelled as such in the paper's own Appendix A ledger (30 numbered equations) and is registered in Toledo as a coded reading with this record as its origin. Status. K0 theory manuscript with an explicit claim-boundary ledger; hypotheses H1–H9 carry falsifiers. Checked under the glosa methodology before deposit (assessment in the programme's research journal). The paper's own Core Epistemic Registration names the AI models used and their roles, by the author's decision; no AI system is an author or contributor.

What this is. Toledo is the programme's single permanent home for equations and their machine checks: a public git repository (https://github.com/morrocwi/toledo) whose tagged releases are deposited under this concept DOI. Scope is equations and Th_coqc only: registries, persistent codes ( / . .v ), parents by code back to a root, an append-only lineage log, Coq 8.20 sources whose file name is the code, an MCP server and CLI for lookup, and a static read API. Founder rules (2026-09-07): every equation is looked up here first and registered here before it is written or cited elsewhere; no AI agent in the programme may use an unregistered equation. Release v1.4.0 (counts computed from the files in the tag). 967 canonical entries (current 876, unverified 52, split 30, not_an_equation 9); 592 root rows. New in this release: (1) 16 readings registered from The Economics of Expertise in the Age of Generative AI v1.0.1 (10.5281/zenodo.22636999) — weld/H.22–29 and weld/W.03–10 — plus 7 occurrences recorded on existing codes, including a note that the paper's knowledge triple is an earlier formulation of weld/E.03.v1; (2) the Core Epistemic Structure definitions from the founder's ruling of 2026-09-07 (Blackbox Log BBL-2026-09-07-217): E_p = ⟨X_p^exp, X_p^int, M_p^AI⟩ (weld/H.30.v1), the set of AI models used (weld/H.31.v1), the unheld interactional role X_p^int = ∅ (weld/H.32.v1), the non-collapse rule Experience-Based Expertise ≠ Interactional Expertise ≠ AI Model (weld/H.33.v1, tier Dr), and the experience-holder decomposition ⟨Exp, Sel, Int⟩ (weld/H.34.v1) — the block every programme document now carries (glosa card P20). Coq status per entry: closed 161, definition 370, wrapped_related 210, mapped_not_wrapped 119, open_prop 37, not_formalisable 70. Catalogue rebuilt (A4, 286 pages); MCP package 1.4.0 (214 tests). Programme index — ปัญญาประดิษฐ์กับความรู้. A navigation aid listing 15 works by the author in this programme area (a work may appear in several programme indexes). Inclusion is a readout of the author's own classification (assisted by the glosa toolchain, github.com/morrocwi/glosa), not an evaluation; each record keeps its own status and disclaimers. Status. GLOSA K0 concept paper — timestamped and citable, not peer reviewed; the three claim cards behind it were reviewed by three cross-vendor AI routes (I3) and revised; independent_check PENDING (no external human check). Produced by running the glosa methodology on itself (repository DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22301060, GitHub morrocwi/glosa: project projects/GLS-2026-001_rigour-without-infrastructure, 48 citation cards VERIFIED under rule 17). The author's raw lines are in the Blackbox Log (concept DOI 10.5281/zenodo.22302518). No priority claim. Abstract. People who live daily with a problem often know it before researchers do, but turning that knowledge into a checkable claim has historically required a university, a lab, or a research team. Generative AI removes that requirement technically while introducing a new one epistemically: it becomes cheap to produce text that reads as rigorous without it being clear which part is observation, which part is inference, and which part the AI supplied. This paper states, as three falsifiable propositions and not as demonstrated results, a candidate answer: a claim card that separately records what was seen, what the data separates, what AI filled in, what is assumed, and what independent check (if any) the claim has survived — bound to a formal Existence– Attribution–Disclosure norm and passed through a named independence ladder (I0 self-check through I5 outside human review) before public release — could carry the checkable property institutions have historically supplied, without requiring the institution itself (H1, design; H2, conceptual). A third, narrower proposition (H3, empirical) holds, untested, that cross-vendor AI checking would measurably outperform same-vendor re-checking at catching undisclosed AI-fill; no measurement of that difference has been made (n=0). Each proposition is placed against a literature conversation built from 48 independently verified citation cards, and the whole method is applied reflexively to this paper's own construction, which surfaced real failures — a validator warning, a manifest-detected search-mode gap, and a documented citation-verification correction — reported as findings, not smoothed into a clean success story. The three claim cards carrying these propositions were themselves reviewed by three cross-vendor AI routes and revised in response before this draft (Section 7). Every claim here sits at tier D R and knowledge state K0; none has passed an independent (I5) human check.
