Sparse Weight Decomposition for Efficient Circuit Extraction

Sparse Weight Decomposition is proposed, which reparameterizes pretrained linear projections by factorizing each weight matrix into two sparse factors whose shared intermediate coordinates serve as individually addressable circuit units.
