Microglial TLR7 contributes to traumatic brain injury-induced neuroinflammation in mice.

Findings identify microglial TLR7 as an important player in TBI-induced neuroinflammation and support a predominantly TLR7-dependent anti-inflammatory effect of Enpatoran, which relies on the presence of TLR7.
