Unraveling the c-Myc-CASC19/HDAC1-NPM1 epigenetic axis: A novel regulatory circuitry and therapeutic target in gastric carcinogenesis.

Findings indicate that the c-Myc-CASC19/HDAC1-NPM1 axis acts as a potential prognostic biomarker candidate for GC and may represent a therapeutic vulnerability worthy of future investigation.
